Celia is such a pretty midi dress with her square neckline and empire line shape. Her circular flower pattern is ultra retro in lilac, mustard and blue. She has a slightly balloon shaped sleeve which in trimmed in a really subtle embellishment. She has a zip fastening at the back. We think Celia was hand made and she's still in great condition with minor signs of wear.
