Can’t decide between florals or polka dots? With our Seville skirt you can wear both! A beautiful 1970s, cotton tiered midi skirt with a frilled hem and tie waist fastening. There is slight fraying on the opening at the back (see photos for further details) but aside from this Seville is a beautiful vintage piece with no noticeable signs of wear.
